SINGLE REVIEW: Buck by SNAYX
It's hard for us to imagine a world without SNAYX. Thankfully, we don't have to - the devilish duo are back with an unrelenting new release, Buck, which they've managed to squeeze into an already rammed schedule on the road with Kid Kapichi.

Mega-fans (like us) will already be familiar with the track, having been a live show staple for just about as long as we can remember. But fuck, it's good to finally hear the studio version!
A love letter to their unofficial brand sponsor, Buckfast Tonic Wine, Buck steams forward with a vicious drumbeat - fizzing furiously and fortified by a rowdy riff with a serious sting in its tail. Frontman Charlie's dizzying vocals give us a taste of what it's like to be laced on the monastic beverage - a stage staple for the Brighton pair (their van is even called the Bucky Bus). Maybe the boys "can't take it anymore", but we're already gasping for more of their effervescent alt-punk bops. Buck is the hangover you'll never forget, and why would you want to?
Taken from their upcoming debut EP Weaponized Youth: Part 1, Charlie and Ollie are shooting to kill with their fifth single. Currently on a mammoth tour with the band that gave them their start, Kid Kapichi, SNAYX (along with drummer Lainey) are showing no signs of slowing down as they rip through support after support, multiplying and galvanising their fiercely loyal fanbase. When this EP drops, expect SNAYX to blow the fuck up - but don't say we didn't warn you.
